Columbium (Niobium) Woven Wire Mesh

The columbium (Niobium) woven wire mesh is a rare metal mesh with very stable chemical element. In various inorganic acid making equipment, it can replace the stainless steel mesh for increased service life by several times.

In the chemical, electronic, electrical and other industries, the niobium woven wire mesh can replace the precious metal platinum to greatly reduce the cost.

The Niobium woven wire mesh can also used in tanks, towers, pipes and valves for petrochemical heat exchangers, heaters, concentrators and reactors.

In addition, the mesh has excellent high temperature resistance performance, so it is also commonly used in high temperature vacuum furnaces.

Incoloy Alloy 800 Woven Wire Mesh

It is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy wire mesh with good strength. The oxidation and carburization resistance are excellent in high temperature atmosphere up to 1100 °F. It has stable performance in many aqueous environments. Besides, the low carbon content of Incoloy alloy 800 wire mesh helps to prevent sensitization and consequent intergranular corrosion of weld heat-affected zones. This type of woven wire cloth is widely used for flue-gas scrubbers and for handling phosphoric and sulfuric acids.
